💼 Position: Co-Founder / Partner (Equity-Only Model)
This is an equity-based partnership, not a salaried position.
The right candidate will receive:
⭐ Equity in OnAppsTVNetwork LLC
(Determined by experience, involvement, and value brought to the company)
⭐ Profit share only when net revenue is generated
No revenue = no payment obligations.
When the network monetizes, the Co-Founder earns based on their vested ownership.
⭐ Co-Founder credit across all series and productions
Your name will appear across franchise shows under the network.
⭐ Long-term partnership opportunities
As the network grows, so does your equity value and earning potential.
This role is for someone who wants to build, not clock in.

As the network expands across multiple cities, series, partnerships, and production teams, the need for a strategic, committed, long-term partner has become clear. This is not a job — this is an opportunity to build a media empire from the ground up.

  • Assisting with overall company strategy and planning

  • Participating in creative development of new reality TV projects

  • Providing leadership alongside the CEO as the network expands
